DLG has worked closely Jindal Energy Botswana, as part of the team that negotiated the Power Purchase Agreement signed with Botswana Power Corporation for the construction of a thermal power plant.

Our experience  in mining and energy advisory  includes advising NAQAA and KP Energy Group on large solar project investments,  advising the Minerals Development Company Botswana on the acquisition of an increased shareholding in Botala Energy and  advising JCHX Mining Management Co.
