Walter Mushi completed both this LLB and LLM at the Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Courts of Botswana and is a member of the Law Society of Botswana.
He has served as a legal officer at a leading commercial bank and most recently, worked as a Legal Services Manager in the telecommunications sector.
Walter has a broad understanding of the legal industry with experience in Corporate / Commercial law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law, Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Regulatory, Dispute Resolution, Financial Markets, Company Secretarial and ICT/ Telecommunications.
He has also completed an advanced certificate in Corporate Law at UNISA and a Certificate in Applied Economics at University of Cape Town.
